I’m sure the absence of the mushroom head (who has become a bit of a Heels’ mascot) must have given you all a jolt. We’re in the process of updating our website, so if you’re visiting, you’ll find most of the projects pages down for another week (while I’ll be lounging in a pool in someone’s backyard, sipping kool-aid and strumming my ukelele.) I trust you will be able to restrain yourselves from banging your heads on your keyboards (too messy) and visit the forums to keep up-to-date with all of our projects (a bit of legwork, but less messy).

For those of you who don’t know, I will be taking off for a short, short, short vacation – the first in four years – from March 31 through April 4, but you can look forward to seeing the finale of Sukimasuki (yes, way) and the rest of Futago Volume 1 before I go. We also have an epic release line-up coming up in April (Moyoco Anno, Kawachi Haruka, Nishi Keiko, more stuff by George Asakura and Unita Yumi) once I’m back to slave-drive the Heels’ editors.
And if that isn’t enough to make you wet your pants, Sukimasuki Ch. 9 is up for grabs here and at our forum.
Feel free to go to the bathroom, lock the door, and do a guts pose in the mirror for great justice.
