Well, well. Happy St. Patrick’s Day! The Irish part of my family comes from my grandmother’s side (her maiden name was Peacock). I keep thinking about those cupcakes one of my old coworkers’ wives made just for St. Patrick’s Day at my old workplace. It was incredible, soft, and perfect. For years, I begged her for the recipe, but she wouldn’t share it. Sad… but sure to be remembered.
